What are your hours of operation?

Office hours (manager on duty) are 8:00AM – 12:00 noon Monday through Saturday. Keypad gate access hours are 7:00AM – 7:00 PM daily. 24 hour access is available.  Tenants have to enter the gate to gain access to their personal unit. Each tenant has their own unique passcode.

Is there pest control?

Yes. A monthly preventative pest control is applied to the outside of our units, as well as bait boxes placed throughout the facility.

Are there discounts available?

Yes. Copper Hill Storage gives discounts for long-term and multiple-unit storage. Please call for discount rates and specials.

What sizes are available?

We rent storage spaces from 5’ X 10’ to 24’ X 30’.

I don't know what size I would need. Can you help me?

Yes. The management at Copper Hill Storage will work with you to determine the right size. Our space estimator below can help. We will be glad to help you determine what size you need.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, checks, money orders or cash.

Can I pay for my unit over the telephone?

You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments via credit card. You will need to complete a credit card authorization charge form.

Do you sell moving supplies?

Yes. We sell boxes of various sizes, tape, cutters, markers, etc. to help you organize your storage space more efficiently. See our Packing Store page.

What is the minimum amount of time that I can rent a unit?

The minimum rental period is one month.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver’s license or state ID is required.

Do you have your own movers?

Although we do not supply moving services, we can refer you to moving companies that are familiar with our facility.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

The entire move-in process should take less than 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive

Do I need insurance?

Copper Hill Storage does not provide insurance coverage on any personal property in your storage space. You may obtain your own insurance coverage through your homeowners or renters insurance. If that isn’t available, there are companies that specialize in storage facility insurance; please ask our manager.

Is there anything I can't put in a storage unit?

There are some items that should never be placed in a storage unit. Items include anything illegal, improperly packaged food, perishables, highly flammable materials, liquids, explosives, corrosives, hazardous or toxic waste, people or animals, and valuable antiques (unless insured).

  • 5’ X 10’ – Equivalent to a large closet. Storage for items from a 1 bedroom apartment.
  • 10’ X 10’ – Equivalent to a bedroom. Storage for items from a 2 bedroom apartment.
  • 10’ X 15’ – 1 car garage. Storage for items from a 1 – 2 bedroom home
  • 10’ X 20’ – 1 car garage or large rental truck. Storage for items from a 3 bedroom home.
  • 10’ X 20’ w/ double entrance – 1 car garage or large rental truck. Storage for items from a 3 bedroom home. Access from both sides of building.
  • 24’ X 30’ – 2 car garage. Storage for items from a 5 bedroom home.
